1. Give you the SAME guys, saying the SAME things.
2. Idolize the speakers (no mancrushes, bromances...you get the idea)
3. Parade in front of you the things you can't accomplish on your own (we won't spellbind you, sending you away with nothing but wishful thinking and the dread of going back to the same old same old)
4. Be a typical conference.  It's all about being practical.  We'll utilize what we have to show you how to utilize what you have.
5. Say one thing and do another.  Our million dollar budget + your realistic budget = you ticked off.
