Instead of doing the cliche "conference booth"...we decided to promote dirt a little differently.  Plus, we promised that we wouldn't spend any money.

We used materials that we already owned:

1.  TV
2.  Chair
3.  Painting
4.  Guitar Case
5.  End Table
6.  Flower
7.  Lamp
8.  Oscillating Fan
9.  10,000 pcs of white paper
10. A lot of help

It took us about 5 hours to accomplish this and we got a lot of traffic at the booth asking about registration, the idea of the conference and all around general info.
